apparently inherent
i oftentimes find myself caught between two worlds. an ambassador to one from the other. a mediator between two contending ideologies. i feel like a translator of two dialects of the same language…two dialects that oftentimes intend the same thing, while sounding entirely foreign to the other.  i have spoken both dialects in my own life. these dialects are not disjoint, as they may appear....
